ABOUT CC COACHING

Hi my name is Cameron Cunningham and I am  a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCS) and  hold a bachelors in Health and Fitness Promotion from Colorado Mesa University (CMU).  It is my  mission to empower individuals and athletes toward  healthier living by implementing healthy and sustainable habits into their everyday life through personalized health and fitness programs. I offer individualized Strength & Conditioning planning for the gym or  home, as well as nutrition guidance/consultations. My programs offer realistic and practical integration of healthy routines into your everyday schedule. The use of proper technique and appropriate progressions help to promote safe and effective ways of training. Each plan is personalized to fit your unique needs and will be modified as necessary. As a strength and conditioning coach I am able to provide intricate strength and conditions plans for individual athletes or teams that will work to enhance their athletic performance. With CC Coaching you get an experienced and qualified professional who values your goals and progress. It doesn't matter where you are at in your fitness or health journey - it is never too late to start. With CC Coaching you will get a trainer and advocate who cares with out judgment.

Free consultation & intake review includes:

  •  Goal setting and evaluation of limitations, preferences and experience.

 

$150 / plan includes:

  • 4 week personalized workout program

  • One consultations (in person or via zoom) to evaluate your progress to ensure your program stays relevant to your needs.

 

After the initial 4 week program you can choose to continue with CC Coaching at $50/month. This will include:

  • 4 week programs​ each month personalized for you.

  • Monthly check ins (in person or via zoom)

  • Subscription to monthly newsletter with Health & Wellness tips & tricks

  • Addition to an exclusive group where monthly challenges are posted.

  • Goal setting

  • Movement analysis where I evaluate the demands of the sport

 

Plan includes:​

All plans include detailed workouts for the team that promote the appropriate strength, conditioning and flexibility training for their specific athletic demands. These programs are designed to promote their athletic performance.

 

  • 4 week program $350

  • 6 week program $400

  • 8 week program $450

  • 10 week program $500

  • 12 week program $550

$50/Nutrition Consultation Include:

  • Evaluation of current nutritional habits
